1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the baiee platform ("Platform") and all its services. Opening an account on baiee, using it, or accessing any service means you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

baiee operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We are committed to providing Bangladeshi users with the best experience through SSL encryption and guaranteed fair play.

baiee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use baiee's services. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. baiee reserves the right to verify age at any time, and accounts found to have provided false information will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. baiee reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit winnings if incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

baiee may request the following documents from a user at any time for identity verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (electricity bill, bank statement, etc.)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods must be used to deposit funds into baiee:

• Upay — Digital Wallet
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other designated banks

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method). Only payment methods registered in your name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification is complete.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Where multiple methods have been used, baiee will determine the appropriate method.

Withdrawal requests may be held until bonus wagering requirements are met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

baiee offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳28,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• The account must be fully verified in order to receive a bonus.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address cannot claim a bonus.
• baiee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on baiee are operated under a fair play policy. Each game has its own specific rules, which are detailed in the game interface. It is recommended to read the relevant game rules before starting to play.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a software or hardware fault, baiee reserves the right to void any bets or payouts arising from a technical issue. The original bet amount will be refunded to the relevant user.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting is conducted fairly. Betting markets are settled based on officially published results. In the event of a disputed result, baiee follows the decision of the competent authority.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Operating multiple accounts in order to exploit bonuses
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Using third-party payment methods

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability
